Return Policy

Find your e-shop is based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, therefore it pursues a return policy.
Our policy lasts per 14 days.ų nuo įsigyjimoIf 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Money for returned goods is returned only by bank transfer to the payer's bank account within 14 calendar days.

We warn you that the goods you want to return must be unused, without losing their original - commercial appearance, visual features. The original packaging must be undamaged and undeformed. The original label was not removed from the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return delivery
To return your product, you should contact info@findyour.lt with a reason why you want to return the product and your name, telephone number. Upon receipt of your reason and contact details, you will be sent a return slip, which you will affix to the shipment upon receipt.

Returns from other countries
To return your product from another country (not Lithuania), you should contact info@findyour.lt with the reason why you want to return the product and your name, telephone number and e-mail. We will contact you personally and provide more detailed information about the return of the product.

After we receive and verify your refund, we will send you an email. an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your confirmation or rejection of your refund. If you have not received your refund, please contact us by email info@findyour.lt
