Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions.
1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties and other - provisions related to sales in the e-shop www.findyour.lt. findyour.lt susijusios nuostatos.
2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
3. The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer has formed a shopping cart in the e-shop, indicated the delivery address (or post office address), selected the payment method and read the Rules, presses the "Buy" button.
2. Protection of personal data.
1. When ordering goods in the e-shop www.findyour.lt findyour.lt the Buyer must provide the data requested during the purchase: name, surname, address (or post office address), e-mail address or telephone number.
2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.
3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of order execution. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer information messages necessary to fulfill the order of the goods would be sent to the e-mail address.
4. The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only with the Buyer's own consent.
5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State authority in the cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.
3. Buyer's rights and obligations.
1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
2. Provide complete and correct information on the report form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, findyour.lt has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3. In the event of a change in the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set out in the Rules of Return of goods.
5. By placing an order in the e-shop www.findyour.lt, the Buyer agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller's rights and obligations.
1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop www.findyour.lt. findyour.lt teikiamomis paslaugomis.
2. If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the e-shop or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict, suspend or revoke the Buyer's access to the e-shop.
3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of the personal information belonging to the Buyer specified in the purchase form and not to transfer it to third parties.
4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
5. In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the activities of the e-shop without notifying the Buyer in advance.
6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.
7. If the Buyer uses the services provided by www.findyour.lt findyour.lt after the changes in these conditions, it is considered that the Buyer has agreed to the change of the Rules.
5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.
1. In the e-shop, the Buyer can buy online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day per day.
2. Orders are accepted only using the e-shop findyour.lt
3. All prices of goods in the e-shop are indicated in euros, including VAT, and in other currencies, including VAT.
4. The preparation of the parcel shall start only upon receipt of payment for the goods.
6. Delivery of goods.
1. The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods or the parcel locker.
2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
3. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
4. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in a damaged package, if the consignment received unordered goods or their incorrect quantity, incomplete goods.
5. The Buyer must provide the Seller with photos of the damaged parcel and / or product (s) by e-mail.
7. Quality of goods..
1. All data of the goods sold in the e-shop findyour.lt shall be indicated in the product description attached to each product.
2. The color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer. 
8. Marketing and information.
1. The seller can organize various promotions and offers in the e-shop findyour.lt gali organizuoti įvairias akcijas ir pasiūlymus.
2. The seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares is effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.
3. The Seller shall send notifications to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
4. The Buyer sends all notices and questions to the Seller's e-mail the contacts listed in the "Contacts" section of the store.
5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the sent information or confirmation messages due to internet connection, e-mail service provider network failures, messages entering the SPAM catalog, or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
9. Final provisions.
1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to these rules. All disputes arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
